This 2-week program is created for those who are trying to jump back into their fitness routine, just starting, or need to focus on their gut health. The meal schedule is a hybrid of detoxing and low carb. There are no supplements for the detox, but by implementing more raw fruits and veggies with cabbage, teas/ginger shots, and less meat/carbs that will aid in flushing out your tummy. You will notice a change in your bathroom visits, less bloating in the belly, and increased endurance for future training. This is suitable for all fitness levels; results are not guaranteed and solely depend on your hard work. I know you can do this. ~JO
