This 2-week program is created for those who are trying to jump back into their fitness routine, just starting, or need to focus on their gut health. The meal schedule is a hybrid of detoxing and low carb. There are no supplements for the detox, but by implementing more raw fruits and veggies with cabbage, teas/ginger shots, and less meat/carbs that will aid in flushing out your tummy. You will notice a change in your bathroom visits, less bloating in the belly, and increased endurance for future training. This is suitable for all fitness levels; results are not guaranteed and solely depend on your hard work. I know you can do this. ~JO

What should I do after I complete the program?
Many clients, will either repeat and use heavier weights or longer times (Progressive overload) or they select another program that fits their level. You can also reach out to the team to see if there can be an accustom program that be created!
